Pearl bath

During the procedure, the patient is immersed in drinking water at body temperature in a bath, on the bottom of which there are a number of small holes into which compressed air is supplied, which creates abundant small bubbles. The rising bubbles gently irritate the touch sensors in the skin of the submerged body surface. The procedure has a significant psychological, vegetative, and physical calming effect and is used mainly in conditions associated with vegetative imbalance, in convalescence after serious illnesses, injuries, and operations, and in psychogenically or stress-induced increased muscle tension.
